How long will it take for my purchase to be delivered?
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Domestic orders will take about 2-4 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take about 10-12 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Sometimes, delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, destination customs clearance process, unexpected travel delays due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. Can I collect my order instead?
Can I amend my delivery address once the order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you can change the delivery address until the item has been shipped. However, should you need to do this; you can call our client care team who will be able to assist further.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any additional shipping related queries please reach out to our client care team
My order shows delivered and I did not receive my package. What should I do?
If your package shows delivered and you have not received your order please raise the issue by calling our client care team. Our team will look into the matter and ensure the delivery is done in time. We will keep you updated with the progress.
Will my parcel be insured and will I have to sign for it?
Your online order is insured by Gaurav Gupta during the transit time until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, all purchases made online require signature by the receiver on delivery, at which point the responsibility of the goods passes to you.
Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?
For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
What is your return policy?
At Gaurav Gupta we want every client to be pleased with his/her order. We do not accept returns; however we will be with you every step of the way to ensure that the garment you receive is in perfect condition and fits well.
Can I cancel my order or an item from my order?
You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for a year from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Gaurav Gupta shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.
1. In case you wish to change your order, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to updating your order.
2. If the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount.
