- Your Chest is measured at the widest point of your chest and shoulder blades, with your arms hanging by your
  sides.

TAKE YOUR WAIST MEASUREMENTS

- Your waist is measured at naval level, from the middle of the front to the middle of the back.

TAKE YOUR HIP MEASUREMENTS

Your hip is measured at the widest point around your buttocks, with your feet together.
